Still some smart people left, but lack of comp has forced many good people away
It is not competitive in the sense where other organizations you felt like you were working purely to keep job security. Here necessary information flows freely and people are always offering to lend you a hand.
We all get along and there is virtually no company in fighting

Stop favoring family and friends at work
Coworkerd not pleasant to work woth
They need to stop talking crap in meetings. They need to stop wasting others time in meetings that take about 2h. Stop bullying and stop playing pranks on others. Stop discriminating.
Meeting basics are neglected: no agendas and no minutes/notes.
