Employee retention is a huge issue. People dont feel like they're compensated fairly. If people havent left already, they're looking to leave.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a superhire even where I had 3 interviews back to back. It made the process much faster having met with all decision makers at once.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are all over the place and rarely indicative of experience. It's common to find senior analysts and managers paid less than the analysts they're managing. Salary raises are extremely rare. One shouldn't expect an increase before 5 years with the company.
