What makes you most happy at work?
Helping and working with the families.

Being productive ... helping others advance the mission ... doing amazing work every day!
Making the individuals smile everyday.
Indirectly I'm contributing to the life of a child when staff hired who work with them directly treat them well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management dangerous working conditions. Increase number of support staff
Leaders brought in at the top would really take the organization further.
the upper leadership are not on the same page
The turnover rate is astronomical. This leads to overworked and undervalued employees who become burnt out
The clients frequently pick up on how the staff is treated by management and comment on it as it ultimately affects them also.
Staffing shortages, poor pay, taxing conditions. A union would fix the issue.
Improve leadership , fair compensation
Work is too hard and the hours too long to be worth the pay. All work and blame is shifted to lower level employees.
