Unable to speak.up for what is right towards managers.
They actually care about the kids
Direct supervisors are good anyone above that has no idea of what is going on.
There should ne team work
practice the servant leadership they claim that they do
Communicating effectively and putting personal differences aside
The leadership team could display for employees qualities such as empathy, respect, customer service, servant leadership- all of the attributes and skills Devereux employees are expected to exemplify with clients but are not shown in the slightest by leadership.
Very low pay, poor leadership, no advancement opportunities, long hours, poor culture.
Providing resources and not blaming employees for things outside of their control.
