Benefits are above average. Salary is slightly low even for a Non-profit.

Devereux GA employee compensation is typically $2-$3 less than nearby mental health facilities. As a level 6 advanced facility, employee compensation should reflect just that. Devereux GA is extremely short staffed due (& remaining employees overworked) to disrespect from management- also a factor.

Doubled pay for physically and emotionally taxing work.

Better pay, advancement opportunities and training

The pay is absurdly low for a job that has such high turnover and secondhand trauma. There are no opportunities for advancement.

Work is specialized and very hard.
