I highly respect Devereux's leadership team. They are an outstanding group of individuals who always have the mission in mind.
Unable to speak.up for what is right towards managers.
They actually care about the kids
Direct supervisors are good anyone above that has no idea of what is going on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance benefits and 501c
Health Insurance for my family is reasonable
Benefits are above average. Salary is slightly low even for a Non-profit.
Devereux offers a very comprehensive benefits package.

Team was engaged and wanted to be successful
Caring people who really want to make a difference.
They are amazing! Ready to pitch in and do their part to help each other.
They respect the contribution of all team members and are good listeners for the most part.
There is a sense of comradery with staff because of how short staffed the organization is
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits were nice and the training team was great.

Nothing at all its the worst job
