It's great if to focus on solutions

Everyone are friends and each person is like a me tor to one another

No discrimination, no harassment, no politics, constant moral support and warmth. Every person is genious in his field.

Ability to demonstrate my strengths

There was not much interview, it felt we was just on the same page so I jumped in next week after having 10 minutes talk

Fast, on point, skills matter the most

I guess it was focus on my skills and capabilities more then anything. I liked how the questions was more about my previous projects, cases and details of challenges. I felt good after interview.
