There are too many employees who are still children and not ready to work. Need people who are mature enough to work as a team.

Everything. The whole structure of the company needs to change.
there should be more provisions for flexible working arrangements.

It all starts with higher management. Once they stop worrying about their own greed then they could focus on what's best for the company and the employees.
