Quit lying and do what is right. Just basic decent human beings wouod be a good start.
Learn to lead by inspiration and motivate through meritocracy vs nepotism.

There is so many things wrong with the Charlotte office from Techs being able to do what they want, Management not supporting, but micro-managing and Install techs telling customers that you were not sold what you really needed. Making salesmen look bad.
Close the company. Its rotten at its core. Cant be fixed or repaired.
