benefits are great, equity isn't fair as only the top get it, so naturally, the leadership team gets the most of the 'meat'.
First, the salaries are bad, the treatment is worse, and there are no allowances such as health insurance, a retirement guarantee, any annual increases, any paid holidays, vacation allowance, or anything else. Just a salary that is not enough for a week, not even a meal.
