What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

WFH immediately during pandemic. Healthy employees are happy employees, happy employees are productive employees. They encourage work life balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is competitive, and perks like gym membership compensation, quarterly WFH stipends make life easier. They give you what you need to be successful.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Honesty, they did not sugar coat anything or mislead me in any way. They wanted me to understand everything to ensure we would be a good match.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Constructive feedback, engaging problems and solid technology foundations. We have a say in the work we do. We do things right to same time in the future, and management allows us to and understands the reasonsing.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Executive team truly listens to their employees. Employees can suggest changes, executives will work with employees to find solutions and priorities are dynamic. They are active, engaging, and open. Feedback is always welcome, and constructive criticism is viewed as positive.
