What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love best about my leadership team is the amount of support they are ready to provide at the snap of a finger. I can tell they genuinely care about me succeeding and growing in my role at DHI.

While I have only had one manager at my time at DHI, I have worked with other mangers on projects. Our leadership team, from the very top, to my direct manager, are all incredible. They all care about you as a person, they want every individual to succeed, encourage learning, and are supportive.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are there to help one another when someone comes to the group with a question or in need of assistance. It truly does feel like #OneTeam.

My team here at DHI is full of kind, smart, thoughtful and helpful people. I have never once felt like I couldn't ask a question or bounce an idea off of someone, even if my interaction with them has been minimal

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DHI is unlike any other company. Everyone is kind, helpful, and hardworking. You do not have to put up with crazy corporate politics. Each day is a joy and a pleasure to work here.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the flexibility to be able to work from home but also be able to come into the office whenever I want to. I also love the benefits that DHI offers (especially newly partnering with Talkspace).

I love coming to work, interacting with my team members, and not just feeling like another employee. They care about you and your wellbeing outside of work, and it shows through interactions with co-worker and managers. My job is different everyday, and I look forward to that!
