Our team strives to help each other. It does not matter what department, if we need help, we are there to get the job done to provide the best guest experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is a well rounded package. However, I would say that the holiday pay should start at the same time as benefits. As it stands, benefits start at 30 days and holiday pay starts at 90 days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team always smiles, regardless of the situation. They smile whether they are talking to the CEO, Guest, Housekeeping, or Administrative Support. My leadership team listens and strives to push each of us to succeed beyond what we think we are capable of achieving.
