i basically had the job. talked with the supervisor for 5 minutes and was hired
What are some of the best things about your team?
we all work our tails off to make sure the guests are taken care of while they are staying at the hotel.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management. it starts at the top. we are told to do our job the diamond way and i still have no idea what way that is. management doesnt even know.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
replace the management in housekeeping. she is not a team player. negative attitude. she comes in after 4pm, for what reason i am not sure. i feel she should be there at the start of the shift to make sure we have all the supplies to make our jobs more efficient.
