What are some of the best things about your team?

Unfortunately, we had the best team 5 year ago, but the best people left the company and today with a new managing director we have not any team.

We had culture but step by step it was destroyed.

Company needs evaluate its current (real) culture and compare it with declared culture.

The company has stagnancy culture (big gap between declared values and internal reality) - needs cultural shake/change.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Incompetent top management, disintegrated middle management. First - managing director should be changed ASAP.

Stagnation of top management waiting the company's divestiture, lost long-term vision - need for return to normal operation.

good company, good business idea, but no winners' culture, dissapointing top management - need to go from talk to work
