Incompetent top management, disintegrated middle management. First - managing director should be changed ASAP.
Stagnation of top management waiting the company's divestiture, lost long-term vision - need for return to normal operation.
good company, good business idea, but no winners' culture, dissapointing top management - need to go from talk to work
