Unfortunately, we had the best team 5 year ago, but the best people left the company and today with a new managing director we have not any team.

Team work mentality Perseverance Sincerity in work Communication Spirit of responsibility

Increase competence through continual learning.

Less vacuous conf-calls or meetings, and get rid of toxic people.
