Excellent place to work. Highly recommended.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stock options are a joke. A stock that was once traded for $30 is now at $3. And the entire leadership got promotions the year all this happened. Wow! Every six months a strategic company-wide decision is made and changed in another six months.

I feel like the company does not offer enough insurance packages. I wish there were more options.
