What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop favoritism and start looking at merit. ELT is too self-centered. At a time when company is on the death bed, even the best employees get nothing. But, VP and above get promotions. Seriously.

Excellent place to work. Highly recommended.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options are a joke. A stock that was once traded for $30 is now at $3. And the entire leadership got promotions the year all this happened. Wow! Every six months a strategic company-wide decision is made and changed in another six months.
I feel like the company does not offer enough insurance packages. I wish there were more options.

Overall, people are reslly good and talented. The problem is with leadership. They dont look at data or merit. Its all about favoritism
