Caring and managing with a heart
Understand my situation and nice
They lack in communication skills
Communication, get out of the 1950s mindset, acknowledge that not every person is a white, heterosexual male, for starters.
One manager would not let me call out one day, which I was sure was illegal but she pressured me into coming in by gesturing at losing my job.
for the work i do in clicklist and they arnt seeming to let me change my hours
Review from Customer Support Dept
They use me knowing my pain
Because ive been working for dillons for almost 3 years and new hires are getting more days then i am
Ive never been offered benefits.
As a retired Registered Nurse, I was paid for my service. As a chasier 10.00 is an insult
Review from Sales Dept
My coworkers need to have a sense of urgency. Maybe, lock their personal phones in their lockers.
We need better communication no one communicates
They are reflecting the negative attitudes of the entire store management team. Someone in corporate needs to show up UNANNOUNCED and see what the atmosphere at this store is like.
Appearance cleanliness responsibility work ethics
My department manager has not trained them effectively. They often are not aware of proper procedures, or otherwise, do not care.
More information about company policies and less misinformation by managers
Like i said before they need to do better on communicating with the employees
competitive pay and benefits , and qualified management
Mandatory reading & comprehension skills test. Also, an understanding of appropriate work attire.
Dillons targets the disabled and young to leech every second they can for pennies, a truly evil and heartless corporation which serves a brutal and picky public
Customers hate to use the self-checkouts!!!
Managment needs to work better on communicating with us employees
Consistently empty shelves. Too much emphasis placed on completing topstock & replenishment lists. Too many managers, not enough workers.
Unrealistic expectations, broken tools, outdated equipment, and a poor attitude from the office executives.
Review from Sales Dept
Associates do not care to provide a higher standard of service for customers because they are not paid enough.
