    The timeliness of decision making and communication while seemingly nothing is happening. The overall process was extremely long and most of the time was spent waiting for decisions and information.

    Less people. I had a full day of interviews for an entry level role.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Recognizing females as equals who have as much talent as their male "partners". It would also be in their benefit to encourage partners to explore other options throughout the company even if it is not the category they believe they fit into to identify strengths for more success.
