Our team is very collaborative. We all work hard and have each other's backs which is hard to find at a lot of startups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Discord has one of the most transparent leadership teams I have encountered. I have worked at companies that range in size from 50 to 5k + and have not experienced the level of compassion and transparency that I do from the leaders at Discord.
