Caring people doing the right things for their people and customers
Fun group of guys and hard working
Leadership lacked the courage to address critical issues.
DT got away from leadership!! I was working for this company for 10 years.
Extending trust. Not micromanaging, collaboration and recognition.
Motivating and working with the new workers and teaching them the right things all the assistant manager are great and help but all complain about jeremy the store manager because hes constantly getting upset and jeremy gets upset when you dont stay later than when your scheduled
Communication and not doing things on a hurry
They need to get their executives more involved. And eliminate favoritism.
Have Human Resources monitor the regional managers
You can make as much as the effort you put in
Health insurance is pretty good
Lawsuits and getting payouts for it.
DT looks after you, no complaints.
i HAVE A BIG PACKAGE
I feel like for the amount of work and the type of work that we do deserves more compensation. Being able to afford a house and to live comfortably is my main priority and I feel like you don't get that until you reach the Senior/ General manager level.
I feel like the work I do deserves more pay
If they paid me more or hired more technicians.
Being able to move up faster especially if you know your information and have proved your self capable of the next position
Need to fix the system we receive raises on its broken needs work
We all treat eachother like family
Hard working, caring people, growth
We work together well enough
We be honest, work hard, have fun, be grateful, and always pay it forward
Rather than being my co-workers they are like family and hang out outside of work without it being a group event.
HR and executives need to work on team building activities. There is a bigger interest in finding someone to blame than solving issues
Everyone is always happy and in a great mood!
Taking care of our people so they will take care of our customers.
The spirit everyone has to work.
I am no longer there to make comment.
the 5 rules we live thanks to Mr.bruce
Old way of thinking, getting rid of the people that want to remain stuck in thier ways and pointing fingers to protect thier outdated positions
Manager needs to start motivating the employees or start looking for good/experienced people to hire instead of just anyone
Eliminate the leadership structure in IT and return to the true core values. Have true culture keepers and encourage them by showing that the executives are not just saying the words but living and promoting them
Better pay, better vacation time, less hours, more help stop under staffing
Review from Sales Dept
Management needs a retraining on how to make the bays run smoother by trusting that their employees will do their job rather than micromanaging.
My manager asked about myself and actually took his time to get to know me not just as a worker but as a friend
You get to meet with the manager and discuss the job. Also being able to see the work enviroment
Giving me what I would be doing on my job
They ask stuff you can relate to
It was too long ago to remember.
Look for people who seem dedicated
Interaction with customers and being able to work while joking and talking friendly smack with coworkers
Helping others grow and make their dreams come true
Not very much at all
My direct team and they do know how to have fun. My executive leadership
Working with the boys and having fun
Service times are too long. Customers can wait about 1-2 hours due to the disorganization
I want to say value me more than the customer but that will never happen as I am expendable my skills are easy but my work ethic is not, this is what discount fails to recognize
Review from Sales Dept
Negative energy from management, unrealistic expectations, hypocrisy, long day with only a 30 minute break
Review from Sales Dept
Lack of challenges, innovation and training.
They need to focus on people not UPMH
