What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that it is very clear how to get a raise.

My experience was very different. I have been involved in hiring now and it is fair and standard. We find good people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know each other well and want them to succeed. We are still able to get work done, but we know how to be supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about people and don't try and extort any work out of us. They care about our growth and how we are feeling. Any issues are heard and addressed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility. I have it figured out enough that I can be remote and still meet all my goals. I know how to be successful and I'm not constrained by rigidity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We grow as people and not just as employees. The work is less important than learning experiences. Even big and costly mistakes are viewed as learning experiences. I've never gotten chewed out, it means I am confident and not afraid to try and grow.
