What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my progress and development doesn’t go unnoticed. We are constantly given help with goals and staying motivated to continue improving our skills. When milestones are hit, we are rewarded and given more opportunities to excel in our respective dutie
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my teams comes from different backgrounds and lifestyles. Although we vary in opinion, we all get along and support each other in all aspects or work and personal affairs. Not once have I seen anyone on the team become prideful and envious.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We were given a book to read that talks about being more aware of people and our surroundings before we were hired. It became aware that the company was more focused on the development of the employee and not just the fortune of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly asking for feedback and give employees and team members the freedom and pportunity to make process-related decisions for the entire team. Never once have I felt micromanaged and I feel more than valued as a team member that provides input and quality work for our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility of being able to take and use the unlimited PTO. It has been very helpful for me to know that the company values our personal life just as much as our work-life and gives us the responsibility and privilege of spending more time with our families and taking necessary breaks often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remote and have the opportunity every quarter to be in office for a team meet up in person. I have enjoyed being able to work from home and also occasionally being in the office connecting everyone face to face. It is a great balance for me in order for me to work at my best ability.
