I like that it's based around really trying to get to know the individual -- it's about seeking to understand who they are as a human being!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I work for an ethical company that has created an environment for me to grow and improve each day. I love that we have a heartbeat!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an environment where it's safe to fail. When I've had failures, instead of being asked "what's wrong with you?" I've been asked "what did you learn?" -- that's POWERFUL.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, the ability to work remote, our vacation allowance, and the personal development budget. It's UNREAL the amount of great stuff I'm given :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team practices what they preach. They have strong core values and hold themselves to a high standard. They actually care about the individuals that they work with.
