Generally speaking, many opinions are truly considered before making large-scale changes.

I love that we all have the same goals, and we enjoy spending time with each other while working toward them together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know that if I can find a way to provide more value, I will be able to go to my manager and get paid more.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know it would be extremely difficult to find a better experience, and the owner of the company understands who I am, where I want to be, and how to help me get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The adult policy: If me or anyone on my team is meeting/exceeding expectations, nobody asks any questions about how time is spent, how much vacation is being taken, etc. It's empowering to be able to do what I need to do.
