More focus on helping employees be better in their job vs. their personal lives. They are not professionals in mental health and cause more harm and trauma to people than good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is positive. When I come in I get ignored, and everyone has headphones in or hides out in the offices. When at home I get more social interaction from my family.
