I am enabled to do my job and given the right flexibility and support to get it done well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caring for the individual is not just a company value but a real driving motivator behind almost anything they do. The environment reflects that to allow a place for every person while also pushing everyone to grow and continually be better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company really cares about each employee as an individual. The compensation package is designed accordingly so that everyone can take advantage of things like gym memberships, endless door dash, time off, etc. in their own way to fit individual needs and situations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is phenomenal and a big piece of that is because the executive team does a really great job setting him up for success. The executive team if fantastic too even with the changing company dynamic going from small agency to large market leader. That's a tough transition!
