We are given room to make mistakes and always have ways to grow. We have growth plans. These aren't just some BS to check off a box, but they are real and meaningful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do what I love to do, and I get to work with people (colleagues and clients) who I enjoy being with. I have developed personal relationships with so many and it makes it much more meaningful.
