I like their ability to be transparent and forthcoming about everything - the successes, shortcomings, wins, and losses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The work schedule flexibility to be able to WFH or come into the office is awesome. It's a nice office space and I love it. I also love our annual company trip to Mexico. When we hit our previous year's goal, we go together as an entire company and get to take a plus 1. Super cool.
