The best thing about our leadership team is they're constantly evolving and improving the way they handle our teams. From personal help to professional support, they're here for everything we need help with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The way we're bonused is structured around performance. The better you perform, the more you make which is very nice. Other than that, the way you actually progress into higher positions seems very fair as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How open everything and everyone is. Knowing how the company is performing all the way to the cent every month is great knowledge as an employee. We are always kept in the loop with new changes and upcoming things as well.
