Everyone is very entreprenurial and looks for ways to innovate how we work with clients and grow our company.

Everyone has to get their work done, but how you do it is up to you. There is a lot of autonomy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monthly bonuses based on client workload is amazing. It adds several thousand dollars in income per year (more than 15,000 in my case). It's incredible.

People are willing to work hard. This is not just a 9-5 job, and most employees get that. You have to be willing to work until the project is done, and done well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Agility! The team moves quickly to improve and leaves all options on the table. There are no 'sacred cows'. The team makes the best calls, then slots in everyone where they are best fitting, or most needed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is constantly looking for ways to improve our work, and rid us of 'fluff' (work for work's sake, or work that doesn't drive results). I also love that when we fall short or fail, we fail forward. We use momentum from the previous shortcoming to power something even better.
