Freedom and Flexibility. There is a lot of collaboration and a great vibe in the office.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was nice to meet everyone I would be working with before I accepted an offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Disruptive has assembled a team of experienced, mid-level, and junior employees who are all extremely hungry and passionate. We are allowed to specialize and do what we enjoy, and therefore are great at what we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Finding honest, genuine, and experienced leadership is rare. Disruptive's team is real. They empower their delivery team without micromanaging. I've worked for companies where leadership is burnt out. That is not the case with Jake and his team. They love what they do and it energizes all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation is I always knowing where I stand. If I feel like I should be making more, we can have a conversation about how to get me there. I can agree to take on more work, mentor other employees, sell additional deals, or develop the practice.
