Such a real teamwork mentality, even though we all have to reach our own goals. I can't believe the team mentality everyone has.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork is probably first to me--everyone is out to help each other. Focus on helping others goes hand in hand with this--but I see it so much more than just teamwork. We help so many people we work with and so many we don't even work with--just others in the community.
