The treat you as a person, not just an employee. They also help you push yourself to grow. In this industry, it is necessary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed, they were trying a new system of having group interviews and an interview night. The whole thing took about 4 hours. That is what I didn't like about the interview process. But they have since changed that.
