My team is great! They were very accepting of me and helped me get up to speed on the internal processes so that I could be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been very impressed with the monthly catered lunches that include family. I love that Disruptive provides a way for our families to really be a part of the job.

Our job is tough. They provide help that I need as well as the correct resources to deal with the problems I face so that I can be success and my clients can be successful.
