They listen and work with me to find solutions to challenges. I've never felt uncomfortable voicing an opinion or asking for help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can talk openly about challenges without worrying about hurt feelings. We have the same goal and are willing to do what it takes to achieve it.

Ability to adapt. We are a growing business and the leaders at Disruptive have no problem moving on from previous processes as employees find better ways to service clients.
