I'm happy there's a clearly outlined plan and system in place to help me work toward making more.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they didn't just hire me right off the bat, that they had me interview with all the top leadership, including the CEO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture and environment support the nature of the fast-paced work we have to do, it doesn't work against us. We have couches, zero gravity chairs, a great breakroom stocked with snacks and food, and blankets and scooters.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked at a lot of companies over the years and this is the best leadership I've ever had at any other company in my life. They don't just pretend like they care, they actually care and they back it up with their actions.
