What did you like most about the interview process?
They really pull from their interns and have a CORE certification plan for interns to complete and feel like they are ready for full time.
We do not believe in throwing people in the deep end! There is something to scaffolding & giving people the skills to succeed! Everyone benefits when you have that patience and perspective. Happy to hear you enjoyed that part of Disruptive's culture!

The leadership is all about progress. That could be in results we achieve for the client but also the takeaways learning we get from the tests and experiments we perform on clients' Ad accounts.
