The best thing is that we can be ourselves. We're not trying to impress each other and I can be myself at work.

I'm happy for a positive work environment & being able to grab a snack when I want & having an adult work policy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by my director and then he had me interview with my potential trainer so I knew the team had bought on for my hiring status.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have the chance to earn bonus checks based on specific criteria. The bonus is achievable and measurable so I can make adjustments to make sure I'm bonus eligible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team cares what I think and asks for feedback on a regular basis. Disruptive leadership is open-minded and creates a forum so I can contribute to ideas that impact our company culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has fun together. We have a budget to go out for team activities and we help eachother when we get stuck on client issues. I appreciate looking forward to coming to work.
