I'm really happy here. The company moves fast, which is great! I'm constantly challenged with new projects and initiatives so I'm continually learning and rarely get bored. Hands down, Disruptive is the best place I've ever worked!

Competitive pay, aggressive bonus structures, great health coverage, retirement matching, "adult policy" PTO. Yeah, it's easily the best package I've ever had.

It's really simple. People enjoy working here. They are listened to and treated fairly. Hard work and innovation are recognized and rewarded.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a couple of things that make Disruptive's leadership team great. They put their team members first and genuinely care about their team members and their families. Additionally, they're open to suggestions and aren't intimidated by ideas from "lower" ranking or newer team members.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Disruptive has a very unique approach to hiring. They're focused on finding the right people from a personality/culture standpoint. While skills are definitely important, the Leadership team recognizes that skills are much easier to coach people on if they have the right mindset and work ethics.
