It's a great forward-thinking workplace. I have the autonomy to work with clients, push performance and solve problems as needed. If I come up short, then I have a great team that will help me improve, without threatening my job opportunities.

Growth, progress, and success for my clients. I really like when I have breakthroughs with the companies I consult, and I feel comfortable because I have a great team lead who will help me see what I am missing if I'm not able to get the results I want.
