flexibility, space give to take decisions, support, touch point. people are transparent and genuinely collaborative. what you see is the real thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning something new everyday. Interacting with our clients. The work itself makes me happy. Interactions with other teams for getting the adoptions take place on time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is collective of high achievers, but at the same very genuine and easy to work with. Not to mention, we like to have fun at social events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They encourage a strong sense of community and provide an incredibly strong vision for where the company is heading. Having come from a large fortune 500 where the leadership team didn't even engage with anyone outside of their peer group, Diverse lynx is a breath of fresh air.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very focused on enabling their workforce so they are equipped to do their jobs internally and in the field. It has a laser sharp focus on what's important, but makes sure to not overburden their workforce to accomplish these goals. The leadership team is very communicative, which is very admirable
