I feel like I'm doing something meaningful, and that I can always be 100% transparent without fear of "politics." I feel respected and valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is plenty of work to do here. The company culture denotes a family oriented feeling. Recognition and appreciation for each individual's contribution to the completion of a project or task, and special bonuses for work done above and beyond expectations
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I could say a lot of great things, but I think what sums it up is my leadership team always makes time to listen to me, and never makes it feel like they are a "boss" presence, but rather they are their to make me and my coworkers successful by supporting us.
