hard working, strategic thinking,, Open, interactive, collaborative, insightful, engaging, smart, innovative, and motivated. Some of the best coworkers I have ever had!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel productive and like I'm accomplishing a small part of a bigger picture. I don't feel like the work I do is meaningless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've been amazed at the effort the company puts into each individual's success, as well as the emphasis they place on team building and leaning on each other's strengths to get the job done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was organized and had scripted questions to keep on track. The questions were deep and insightful, but I was set up for success. It was a multiple-step process but wasn't dragged on.
