Knowing exactly what the company needed for my particular role. They were very honest and nothing was hidden of what their needs were.

The team. This certainly isn't an easy job, it can be frustrating at times, but the fact that there is a sense that we're all in this as a team keeps everyone here. As cheesy as it sounds, people really love each other here.
