People are interested in helping one another, but most people keep their heads down and get their work done. We have clear goals to hit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership truly cares about the people in their orgs and it shows in their actions, in their proactive and thoughtful communications and high-adoption of best-in-class people practices.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Simply put, no one has a better interview process. It can be grueling based on timing and rounds but it really ensures that a candidate is right for the team and vice versa.
