Open-door policy. Consistently available to help/answer questions. Everyone has a good sense of humor and rapport with one another. Overall I definitely feel supported

I liked how there were multiple steps to the interview process; it gave me a chance to interact and get to know each of the team members, and bring my expertise to the table in a fun and meaningful way.
