My bonuses as a leader are tied to the people I get to manage performing well. They are attainable, fair and reward us for our hard work.

I love being around like minded individuals! I take my work very seriously but at the same time I love to have fun/celebrate/get recognition which are all part of our company culture!

Transparency and no egos. There is accountability both ways. They care about me as both a person and an asset to this company. They are open to new ideas. They are receptive to feedback. They want to get 1% better each day.
