Healthcare is the best part of the compensation
Compensation is done without hardships or delay. It is done in away that the employee leaves the company with a good image while not regretting having been in Diversey.
bonus is the best part like a second salary
Good pay. Good benefits 401k match.
The compensation and benefits are very good but the company is highly disorganized, hostile and a toxic environment making the salary not worth the time spent there. Lots of layoffs and distrust between employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They give room for one to learn from their mistakes, there is team spirit as well

The best support for Diversey comes from the ground level employees! You will get next to no help from management. In meetings, management will praise any employee who does not ask for help or direction when stuck on a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encourage rest during breaks, can play pool game (Billiards) and chill
people take care of each other like family members

Every day is not the same, one can look forward to a new day without feeling the fatigue of monotonousness
Being an employee of the best paying company in the environment with an international record. My salary being paid on time makes me more happy.
